Remember when we thought herding cats was hard? Try herding a hybrid workforce. Gone are the good ol' days when you could solve for employee needs by tapping in at the departmental level. Spoiler alert: Squeezing everyone into big buckets like  "remote" or "in-office" isn't cutting it. Especially when individual voices pop up with specific needs and you are left playing wack-a-mole with solutions.
